Learn functional movements to make everyday tasks easier.

Strengthen your muscles, challenge your balance, and keep your bones strong.

Progressively improve over 6 weeks with supportive, fun workouts!

This class is perfect for seniors who can go for short walks up to 20 mins or more, can go from sitting to standing without using your hands. Let’s build strength together and keep moving confidently!

Level 2

Fitness Class with Julie: Senior's Strength & Stretch Level 2!

Ready to build strength, improve flexibility, and get a great full body workout?

This 1 hour, 6 week class is a full body strengthening class where we will work on both fundamental movements and other strength exercises, and continue to work on balance and flexibility. The class gets progressively more challenging throughout the 6 weeks. Come and join in the fun!

Level 2 criteria: Great for those who have completed Level 1 or who meet the following criteria: can stand on 1 leg for 10 seconds, can walk for more than 45 minutes at a time, and know how to squat and row. Can get off the floor independently. Level 3 is for those who have completed level 2 with Julie before.
