Administrator Position

Mend Bodyworks is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Administrator to join our team in beautiful Campbell River! Our busy, modern, multidisciplinary clinic is known for its collaborative environment, supportive team culture, and dedication to client-centered care.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Position

Generous fee split compensation structure, position available contractor or employee

• Open to experienced physiotherapists and new physiotherapy graduates

• Mentorship available if requested for women’s pelvic health - Tanya Kessling is Campbell River’s most experienced pelvic health physiotherapist - and will be your mentor!

• Flexible hours

• Access to multiple treatment rooms during your shift, clinician collaboration and charting office, full gym, and kitchen; provision of standard equipment such as hydrocollator, stationary bikes, treadmill, exercise balls, up/down beds, etc.

• Physio aid support Monday-Friday, including evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays

• Full administrative support - no requirement to perform billing or take payments

• Use of Jane charting/booking software, with online booking capabilities

• Clinic has contracts with ICBC and WCB - if you wish to participate

• Flexible appointment durations - you choose your treatment lengths whether you take breaks between appointments

• Flexible time off - you do you!

• Clinic is accessible to humans of all abilities, there are no barriers or elevators to navigate, clinic is air-conditioned.

• Plenty of nearby parking available.

 

Physiotherapist Responsibilities

Provide excellent quality care to patients

• Assess patients’ physical abilities

• Create custom treatment plans, focused on patient goals

• Maintain clinical records and reports

• Confer with other health professionals and funders as required

• Teach and/or supervise exercises appropriate to the patient’s needs

• Maintain good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC and adequate malpractice insurance.

Registered Massage Therapist Position

• Open to experienced RMTs and new graduates

• Flexible hours

• Spacious treatment room with natural light, access to shared clinician collaboration and charting office, full gym, staff bathroom with shower, and kitchen.

• Clinic aid support including laundry, Monday-Friday, including evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays

• Full administrative support - no requirement to perform billing or take payments

• Use of Jane charting/booking software, with online booking capabilities

• Flexible appointment durations - you choose your treatment lengths whether you take breaks between appointments

Registered Massage Therapist Responsibilities

Provide excellent quality care to patients

• Perform subjective and physical assessment

• Create custom treatment plans, focused on patient goals

• Administer various massage therapy techniques, treat areas of concern

• Apply appropriate pressure levels and adapt techniques to address specific client conditions or tolerances

• Maintain clinical records and reports

• Confer with other health professionals and funders as required

• Maintain good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC and adequate malpractice insurance.
